His style is rooted in Hatha Yoga, traditional Balinese healing, and Pranayama. He is approachable, gentle and a gifted healer. In addition to traditional methods of Balinese healing and wellness, Eka is also a Certified Mind Healer (Ambar Institute). Pak Eka is considered one of the preeminent yoga instructors of Bali and provides a truly personal experience for balance, growth and wellness.Despite being the first son in a family of respected healers and teachers including I Nyoman Rajem and Ni Wyan Sariasih, Eka did not fully commit to yoga right away. Decades ago, Eka developed some health problems. His spiritual leader advised him to adopt the practice of Yoga more seriously. Diligently, and with conviction, he practiced Yoga, meditation, self-healing and fire walking with Made Suambara (Ambar Ashram). His life was transformed, he was healthy, inspired and dedicated to helping others.
Considered one of the top instructors on the island, Noga is known as a deeply caring and knowledgeable teacher. A dedicated Yoga practitioner since 1996, Noga has been teaching since 2007. Her training started in India, moved with her to Israel, Thailand and Australia before settling down in Bali in 2009.
What makes Noga truly special is her ability to adapt the practice to people with different backgrounds, physical restrictions, financial abilities, tight schedules and/or muscles, ambitions and more. She uses Yoga to deepen her internal understanding, to soften her view of the world and the people around her, and to except herself and others.
The practice of therapist/healer is related to the world of energy. Infact, It is merely to perform an obligation as a Hindu man. Initially, Pak Gede pursued the world of energy healing unintentionally. After his mother received a cancer diagnosis in the 90s, he was urged to refine his healing practices. Vowing to help others if his actions could heal his mother, he delved deeply into the healing arts and studies with several masters. Miraculously, his mother was healed and Pak Gede kept his vows. Continuing his apprenticeship with Reiki Masters from Indonesia and Australia, he become a Master of Reiki of Usui and Tibetan traditions in 2001. Furthering his learning, Pak Gede was able to master other Reiki traditions such as: Reiki Seichem, Shambala and others. Pak Gede is also a teacher of Jamu (traditional herbal medicine), nutrition, inner power/Chi, massage and Balinese traditional energy processing.
Pak Gede will lead you in several forms of meditation designed to bring harmony, happiness, and inner power in alignment within you based on your body type and constitution.
