Floating Leaf Eco-Resort is located just steps to one of the best surf breaks in Bali.
Keramas Surf Break, once a secret surf spot for locals and pros, is now a widely renowned as one of the few perfect rights in a land of lefts. The spectacular surf conditions of Keramas Beach gained some notoriety when Andy Irons dropped in from a helicopter and it has been featured in dozens of top international surf films, but it still remains a relatively uncrowded break. It is much less dangerous than most of the other top spots in Bali as it’s bottom is smooth coffee rock not sharp reef. Our Bali surf villa is strategically placed to allow you to experience the very best of Bali, uncrowded surfing, deep culture and more- all away from the crowds and pollution of the heavily touristed areas of Bali.
Bali Surfing at its Best
There are several other high quality breaks in the area that have remained more or less secret as the access is either private or hidden. Fear not as guests of Floating Leaf have an all-access pass. These spots remain uncrowded due to precious few accommodations in the area. These picturesque black sand beaches are still surrounded by “Old Bali” rice fields. Floating Leaf Eco-Resort is set in these very rice fields and offers a quiet oasis away from the traffic, hawkers and pollution of Kuta, Seminyak and other South Bali tourist areas. Come experience traditional Balinese culture and be just minutes from some of the top surf in all of Bali.
