This retreat is an opportunity to unwind and take a break from the everyday stresses of modern life.
It’s a time to evaluate your lifestyle habits that are perhaps preventing you from living your best life.  A time to re-assess your health and weight loss goals; and gain some insight on how to take a consciousness step towards making sustainable changes in your daily routine to get you back on track. Not only for weight loss, but for life long health and wellness.

You’ll have an opportunity to connect with likeminded people in the beautiful surroundings of Bali.
There will be a calming balance of planned activities to see the sights, experience new things and relax and unwind with a spa treatment, or read a book by the pool, taking time for relaxation and personal reflection.

You’ll have an opportunity to join me in my Motivation & Wellness Workshop, attend a cooking class, relax with a Balinese massage, join us on a snorkeling trip, take a shopping tour, a yoga and meditation class, get creative and learn batik design, and attend a traditional Balinese purification ceremony  to help you understand the Balinese spirituality.

The Wholesome Lifestyle package includes the following:

Single room occupancy AUS $3486

A non-refundable deposit of AUS $440 per person is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due no later than 30th May 2020

Poor eating habits, a stressful career, excessive weight gain and a lack of motivation were a recipe for disaster for Cathy. She came to the realisation that her lifestyle was the reason for her poor health, and set about making positive changes to her eating habits for the better.
With a new found love for clean eating and creating new recipes, Cathy made the decision to resign from her career in real-estate and open her own business – Wholesome Blend; a Health food shop and Café located in her home town of Parkes in NSW Australia.

After 4 years into her new world, Cathy wanted to be able to help others gain their health and reach their own weight management goals. She then set about gaining qualification as a Weight loss and Wellness Coach, which is how her second business – Wholesome Lifestyle came about.

Weight management consultations, nutrition guidance, hosting group clinics and retreats are some of the services Cathy now proudly offers to her clients.
Cathy believes that each and every person is unique, each person has different goals and ideals, but we all have the same desire to become a better version of ourselves.

Based on her own weight loss journey, and helping people discover more about nutrition and wellbeing, Cathy’s wellness coaching classes are about guiding her clients to unlock their potential, to recharge their bodies, reconnect with inner health and take back control of their wellbeing.
