You will learn new ways of practicing the wide variety of poses, breathing and meditation techniques and find ways of creating peace and stillness and connecting with your inner self.

Floating Leaf is the ideal location to relax and revitalise. The combination of yoga, sublime food, good company and the inspirational surroundings of Bali make this the perfect place for you to spend time for yourself.

ABOUT YOUR RETREAT LEADER

Jane Macpherson is a highly experienced UK based yoga teacher, having trained over 15 years ago in Iyengar-inspired yoga. She is also a qualified yoga therapist (accredited by the British Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council) and a member of the International Yoga Therapist association.

Jane combines her knowledge of yoga philosophy, yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation in all her teaching and has been running yoga retreats for over 7 years in the UK, Europe, Northern Africa and India.
Her teaching is a flowing vinyasa style with a strong emphasis on Iyengar-style alignment and movement with the breath. She uses her yoga therapy training to ensure that every student’s issues and injuries are taken into account.
