This is the trip of a lifetime. Finally, Kristin and Antonio are going to Bali. This trip has something for everyone. For 9 days and 8 nights, you will have the opportunity to soak up as much culture, sun, and sights as your heart desires. In addition to daily yoga & Pilates classes, you can spend your days relaxing at the beach, shopping for the perfect memento, or hunting for magical waterfalls! You can also take in the lush green mountains, lakes, iconic rice fields, and gushing sacred rivers.

Both daily yoga and Pilates classes are all levels. We have a unique opportunity to start or deepen your practice since it will be such an intimate group, but it is not required. The expectation is the same everyone, that for the duration of the retreat that everyone does only what they want to do the entire time. This means that all classes, excursions, and meals are optional. The space we hold is for you to manifest your ideal experience.

THE LINE-UP

The yoga journey for Kristin began in her teens but she truly began deepening her practice in 2010 when she got her 200 RYT. Kristin’s loving nature comes through in her flowy, chill, yet empowering and creative yoga styles. While always emphasizing safety and alignment her classes are very liberating and fun with an inspired playlist that will leave you energized and feeling great. Kristin’s RYT was from Radiant Yoga School under the tutelage of Chanel Luck and Bonnie Argo. Furthermore, she has completed two mentorship programs with Georgia Reath in 2013 and Tim Keller and Daniel Max in 2016.

Antonio began his yoga and Pilates practice in 2004 as a way to stay healthy while playing Division 1 tennis at Saint Joseph’s University. Since receiving his first Pilates mat training in 2012 at Equinox, then his 200 RYT in 2012 through South Boston Yoga, and finally his 650hr Pilates apparatus training in 2016 through the USPA he has been passionately sharing his perspective on the body, how to safely move and exercise it, and how to undo patterns in the body caused by either over or under-use ever since.
